At Uniq Outlet we are committed to offer free worldwide shipping on all orders, no minimum spend required ! Yup, You read it right  !

All orders are processed within 24 to 72 hours (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. However please note that processing order is not the same as shipping order, i.e: your order “is processed now” does not refer to your order being “shipped now”, instead it’s the first step of preparing your shipment.

If you haven’t received your order within 48 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

We store products in warehouses at different parts of the world, we ship from the closest warehouse to you & choose the quickest delivery provider (in standard shipping) so that you do not need to wait long times for your order to arrive.

Do I have the option of Express Shipping ?

Yes, you do, however Express Shipping is not free and the cost depends upon the order & your location.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We accept returns up to 7 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. 

Note: Purchase of hygiene products such as Face Masks are regarded as final and is non-refundable !

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
